Servicing

We recommended that all coffee machines are serviced at least once every twelve months in order to maximise their working lives, help reduce the chance of breakdowns and eradicate costly periods of downtime.

Coffee machines are expensive pieces of equipment that do require regular, scheduled maintenance to prevent issues relating to wear and tear or even persistent common problems.

Our fine-tuning procedure is generally carried out on your premises, making it as easy as possible for you and often takes no longer than a couple of hours.

Calcium treatment unit replacement

Calcium treatment units (CTUs) ensure that your coffee machine is not damaged through the continued accumulation of limescale.

It is recommended that you change your water filters on an annual basis, though busier sites may wish to do so more frequently.

We can supply, fit and replace CTUs for all coffee machines, either with or without having a service.
